P&C Insurance Agent / Agency Producer
An agency producer works in an InsureMe Houston agency as a sales professional dealing directly with clients and their agents, notably real estate and mortgage brokers. You will assist in establishing IMH as the premier customer-service oriented agency in Houston by educating clients on the basics of insurance and highlighting features based on their individual needs.
Agency producers are licensed as a property & casualty agent and are able to sell insurance products much as an agent does. Agency producers are compensated based on a percentage of the premium of policies they sell as well as renewal income when the policies they sold renew.
Bilingual candidates are eligible for additional opportunities and financial incentives. We are an independent agency and therefore can sell numerous lines in home, auto, flood, commercial and life insurance.
