Ryan Monceaux - Principal / Agent
Ryan Monceaux is the Principal and Agent at InsureMe Houston. He started the company in order to provide a local, convenient, affordable insurance alternative in the Houston area.
Teaming with multiple carriers such as Progressive, Travelers, The Hartford, SafeCo, ASI/Lloyds allowed him to open an agency that put the focus back on the customer relationship. He is specifically focused on personal lines insurance – helping friends, family, and customers get the most out of their insurance dollar.
Before starting InsureMe Houston, Ryan was a Farmers Insurance agent for three years. Prior to that, he spent five years with a Houston-area non-profit working in various capacities. He spent most of his time working to design, develop, and implement a portal and Web site for the American Productivity & Quality Center.
Away from the office, Ryan enjoys University of Houston athletics, reading, cooking for friends, the Houston Zoo, playing poker, and traveling. He is a Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Committeeman and volunteers at Ronald McDonald House. In 2001, he started the Cougar Homerun Club, a fundraiser benefiting University of Houston baseball. It is the only alumni-coordinated fundraiser in the UH athletics department.
Ryan has lived in the Houston area for over 15 years.
